Terms and conditions

Minimum order of $40 for Delivery.
Minimum order of $20 for Pre-order and Pick Up.

Pick up orders by phone must be in before 11.30AM.

Placement of orders is preferred by 3pm on the previous working day.
However Same-day orders can also be done, depending on
our schedule and stock availability of the day.

We deliver to Wynyard CBD and North Sydney CBD only.

We cannot accept cancellation after 9.30am of the delivery day.

We can only deliver between 10am ~ 4pm Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.

We may deliver your orders within 1 hour prior to the specified delivery time.

Our Payment Terms are COD (Cash, Company Cheque, Credit card) or
Accounts (Corporate clients only). Terms - Net 14 Days, payment by EFT or Cheque.

For the first time orders by a new corporate client, we prefer to receive cheque or cash
upon delivery or credit card payment before the delivery.

All private or individual orders (i.e. non-company based orders) must be
paid by cash on delivery or pick up.

We require 40% deposit on orders over $500.

We will confirm your fax or email order via phone by 3PM.
